TURPS SURGERIES
Turps Live Surgeries are group crits for up to 6 painters led by 2 Turps mentors. The crits start at 10.30am and finish at 5pm. Each painter will have around 40 minutes for their work to be discussed by the group. Upcoming dates are announced below.
Turps Surgeries are a fantastic opportunity for any painter to come to Turps Art School to take part in an intense, critical and encouraging live group crit. It helps painters to rethink what they’re making and how they’re making it, as well as giving them the chance to talk candidly, openly and critically about their work and the work of others. And it’s a good way for painters to connect with each other over the course of the session, especially those who may feel isolated working alone in their own studios.
Fee: £175 per session.

1-2-1s: Tuesday 24th March, Laura Wormell or Scott McCracken at following times: 10–11.30am, 12–1.30pm, 2–3.30pm. Please choose the mentor and preferred time when booking the individual session.
